The autumn of PurppuRanka has started with a flow of energy. The Saturday yoga group is full of old yogis and a few new ones. The spirit has been light and silent:)
Zahira came to Finland in August to Katarina’s island to visit her suufi friends again. What a bliss. To sit quiet by the sea watching the nature and listening to Zahira and Tao te Ching, what could be a better way to start the day. Beautiful friends, kids, chi kong, whirling with the sea wind, karaoke in the forest, evening sauna’s… Inspiring and refreshing!
Jonathan Shore led us to the world of birds and butterflies. We triturated the cabbage butterfly at Päivölä opisto with a little group of Dynamis Copenhagen friends. Such a touching experience…

GoRuska is happening next week. A group of 10 lovelies are flying up to Lapland to enjoy the colorful Ruska and the autumn nature of Lapland. Together with us fly Jani Tikkanen, Mr. loveguru and Kaisa Väisänen, MamaPilates.
PurppuRanka will host a First Aid Course and an advanced course in Addis Ababa in January 2012. The clinic will also be open for a few days.
